* Andy Bean stars in a national commercial for the Droid phone.


* Michael Urie has won the award for Best Actor at the Lortel Awards (Excellence Off-Broadway) for his role in The Temperamentals.  Bravo, Michael!


* Michael Urie has also won a TheatreWorld Award; given annually to actors who are new to the New York theatre.


* Michael Urie has also won a Drama Desk Award as part of the ensemble of The Temperamentals.  The Drama Desk is an organization of theatre critics, writers and editors that honors excellence in all areas of New York theatre: Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway and not-for-profit.  This year the Drama Desk committee awarded two ensemble casts with this award.  Congratulations to Michael!


* Elizabeth Judd has been cast in the lead role of Wendla in the Spring Awakening National Tour!  Bravo, Elizabeth!

* Brian J. Smith Is One To Watch on Stargate Universe!  Former Theatre major, Brian J. Smith, co-stars on the SyFy Channel's new hit, Stargate: Universe!  Click here to view Brian's SG-U poster!  One television critic wrote: "The breakout performance comes from Brian J. Smith playing a green first lieutenant, Matthew Scott, who's totally unprepared for what happens once everyone comes through the stargate, and has to learn his own measure by the seat of his pants. Smith, a relative unknown fresh out of Juilliard (and Collin College), perhaps is able to bring to bear his own situation as a novice shouldering a significant portion of the weight of a show like this. He hits all the right notes and constantly demonstrates a deep natural talent for exhibiting nuance and connection."
