Theatre Field Studies

Spend: 7 days, 6 nights in New York City (July 13-19, 2010)
See: 7-10 Broadway and Off-Broadway plays and musicals.  Previous trips have included such shows as AVENUE Q, WICKED, SPRING AWAKENING, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, RENT, CABARET @ Studio 54, THE LION KING, IN THE HEIGHTS, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, CHICAGO, JERSEY BOYS, FOSSE, AIDA, CHICAGO, ANGELS IN AMERICA, MISS SAIGON, Ralph Fiennes in HAMLET, and many more!!!
Visit: Attend classes at New York University, Marymount Manhattan College and the Juilliard School of Drama.
Earn: 3 hours of college credit (DRAM 1323.NYC - Summer II)
Meet: On previous trips we have met the cast of RENT (including Adam Pascal, Anthony Rapp and Daphne Rubin-Vega), Savion Glover and the cast of BRING IN 'DA NOISE BRING IN 'DA FUNK, Al Pacino, Nathan Lane, Hugh Jackman, James Gandolfini, Marcia Gay Harden, Billy Crudup, Jeff Goldblum, Cherry Jones, Alan Alda, Kevin Spacey, Calista Flockhart, Paul Rudd, Dame Judi Dench,  Company Manager Denys Baker, Victor Garber, Malcolm Gets (Caroline in the City), Joey Fatone, Kathleen Turner, Jude Law, playwright John Weidman (Assassins, Contact), Ralph Fiennes, Matthew Broderick, Sarah Jessica Parker, David Bowie, playwright David Mamet, Oscar winner F. Stay: Safe, cozy hotel rooms at the famed Milford Plaza - right in the heart of Broadway!

Cost: $1,500 plus food, souvenirs, etc. (payable in 3 installments)

Deadline: Your application for the New York Theatre Field Studies Program must be received and approved by March 30.  Your first payment of $500 is also due by March 30.  Subsequent payments of $500 each are due by April 27 and May 26.
