Scenic and Costume Designer

Thomas LeGalley (Terra Nova, Stefanie Hero, etc.) is a
scenic and costume designer living in New York City. As a student at
Collin College, he appeared in many productions, including
Stand-Up
Tragedy (Kennedy Center / ACTF
National Award winner), and The House of Blue Leaves. Education:
Texas Woman’s University (undergrad), Southern Methodist University
(grad). Teaching: Thomas formerly taught on the faculty at
Flower Mound High School. Design: Thomas assisted on
the Broadway musical Shrek; on the new
musical, Memphis, at La Jolla Playhouse; and on the off-Broadway
musical, The Toxic Avenger. His work has also been featured in
the festival of Horton Foote plays being presented at Signature Theatre
in New York City; 39 Steps (designer) at the Hartford Stage
Company; and in Give It Up! at the Dallas Theater
Center. Thomas is the 2008 recipient of the National Partners of the
American Theatre Award for Design Excellence. |
