Sandra Snyder joined the Collin College Theatre faculty in 1992, and has
designed or built costumes for the Dallas Opera, Teatro Dallas,
Shakespeare Festival of Dallas, Gilbert & Sullivan Theatre, Junior Players
Guild, and the Plano Repertory Theatre. Sandra was the 1994 recipient
for Outstanding Makeup Design by the Kennedy Center American College
Theater Festival. Sandy is co-coordinator of Adam's
Animals. She has developed and taught courses in Makeup,
Costume Design and Construction Introduction to Theatre and Theatre
History. She has also developed online Theatre History and
Introduction to Theatre courses
for Web-CT. Sandy was the recipient of the 2006 "Backstage Award"
for her numerous contributions to the Theatre Department.
